About Andrew
I'm Andrew Roberts, an aspiring sports broadcaster and journalist from Northborough, MA who hopes to make the world a more inclusive place through sports. In addition to my written and on-air work, I serve as a golf consultant and ambassador for the Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation for Autism, a role in which I help manage a golf tour for autistic golfers. I have also written about sports since 2014 on my blog, Boston Sports Mania. As a class of 2026 sports media major and Park Scholar at Ithaca College, I am heavily involved with ICTV, WICB, and VIC, in various roles including host of my own sports talk show called "Cities of Champions" and halftime analyst for WICB football coverage. Over the summer, I was the director of broadcasting and play-by-play voice of the Niagara Falls Americans, a summer collegiate baseball team in the PGCBL. As I am set to graduate this coming May, I am seeking jobs in sports play-by-play, sports talk radio, sports anchoring/reporting, athletic communications, and/or multimedia journalism.
